Play Rules & Purchase Policy

We offer safe, immersive and hands-on play. To keep children engaged and safe, we have guidelines for play and visits. If you purchase you’d agree to these rules and refund policy.

Refund Policy

We will refund any unused pass within 7 days of purchase.

No call/no shows: you can reschedule your playtime via the email confirmation or by phone. Any appointment that begins and the guest doesn’t show, is subject to cancellation and no refund. 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any pass purchase. 

 Play Rules

1. We encourage parent engagement and ask that you remain on-site for the duration of the visit. We don't provide drop off services at this time.  An adult over 18 must accompany the child(s) on the reservation. You are welcome to enjoy the restaurant or axe throwing venue while your child plays, but must remain in the building. 

2. Check in with the attendant once you arrive, we will request, the reservation email confirmation to check you in, and add your reward points to your account.

3. Please use the provided shoe guards upon entering to avoid debris, snow and moisture.

Have fun, be respectful, ask questions, make suggestions, volunteer!
